Accelerated Content Creation Intensive

A cross-functional team event, facilitated off-site over 2-3 days, during which we mine the collective intellectual capital and creative insights of the group to scope out, structure, and capture the core material for a book or other strategic document(s).

“Non-commissioned” Employee Book Projects

Stimulate the systems thinking, enhanced decision-making, communication skills, and creativity of your people by offering them the chance to express themselves in print! These book development initiatives can be “team-sourced” (in which cross-functional groups work together to produce one or more books) or directed at individuals. Participants can choose to focus on books or other content related to the business, or select their own nonfiction topic.

Speaking

As an internationally experienced speaker for clients ranging from the British government’s Appeals Service and Cathay Pacific Airways to local nonprofits and groups including Rotary and meet ups, I have a wealth of experience giving informative, motivational, and thought-provoking talks – from keynotes to more informal gatherings. My goal is to always leave audiences feeling bigger and more empowered. Apparently I’m considered “entertaining and funny”.

Workshop / Seminar Design & Facilitation

I’ve covered pretty much everything from a two-day Top Potentials strengths-focused event for Philips Electronics in Amsterdam to a one-day workshop for executive directors of Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas. Currently I’m developing a five-course certificate program on Strategic Communications for The University of Texas’ Center for Continuing and Innovative Education. As with everything I do, I listen to your needs and desired outcomes then uniquely design an event that will surpass your expectations.
